RETURNS POLICY

PLEASE NOTE FOR HEALTH & SAFETY REASONS, THERE IS NO REFUND OR EXCHANGE ON ANY FOOD ITEMS.

IN-STORE PURCHASES:

We will gladly offer an exchange, refund or credit if a product purchased from our stores is:

  • Faulty

  • Is not as described on the packaging

  • Does not do what it is supposed to do

If you change your mind about a purchase:

  • REFUND within 14 days from purchase date

  • EXCHANGE within 30 days from purchase date

In order for an in-store refund/exchange the following conditions must apply:

  • Original receipt must be presented

  • Refund/exchange must be at the same store of purchase

  • Items being refunded/exchanged must be in original packaging, unopened and in a saleable condition.

We will NOT offer a change-of-mind refund/exchange on in-store purchases for the following:

  • Food items

  • Costumes

  • Management may reserve the right to refuse refund/exchange of clothing items which appear to have been worn

  • Seasonal merchandise (eg. Christmas, Easter, Halloween etc)
